Structure Files can once more be downloaded from the Gallery

I became aware that the structure files (pdb files) in the gallery could no longer be downloaded because of new security limitations by browsers. I had to change the links from absolute URLs to relative URLs. The page is now working as intended. I apologise to any readers inconvenienced by the absence of the download facility, possibly for the past many months.
